Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients

10 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon Buffalo ranch seasoning (or other desired seasoning)

Preparation

01Preheat the oven to 400 F.
02Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
03In a bowl mix the cheese and seasoning together.
04Spoon clusters of shredded parmesan onto the baking sheets. If desired, you can use a cookie cutter to create shapes with the cheese. Each cluster should be 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of cheese.
05Bake for 5 minutes until golden crisp.
06Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
