2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
01Place the heavy whipping cream in a large bowl and whip with a hand-held mixer on high speed until soft peaks form, about 1-2 minutes.
02Slowly beat in sweetened condensed milk and chocolate milk until completely combined.
03Use a spoon to fold semi-sweet chocolate chips into mixture.
