No-Bake Salted Cookie Dough Protein Bars

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup vanilla whey protein powder

1 cup almond flour

1 cup dark chocolate chips

2 teaspoons flaky sea salt


01Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan with butter cooking spray. Line baking pan with parchment paper sling, pushing parchment into corners and up sides of pan. Mix peanut butter, cream cheese and maple syrup together in large bowl until combined. Add protein powder and almond flour, and mix until a smooth dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips until just combined.
02Press dough firmly into prepared pan. Press salt into top of dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
03Cut into 8 bars. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
