Fruit & Oatmeal Smoothie

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup milk

1 cup vanilla kefir

1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen

Ice cubes

Garnish: Mixed Berries


01In a blender, grind oats to a fine powder.
02Add milk, kefir, berries, and ice to ground oats. Blend over high speed until smooth. Serve immediately with mixed berry garnish.
