1 1/2 cup cool ranch flavored tortilla chips, crushed
1 1/2 cup nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips, crushed
1 1/ 2 cup crunchy cheese puffed snack, crushed
1 teaspoon cornstarch
24 ounces of fresh mozzarella, cut into sticks
2 cups vegetable oil
01Spread the crushed chips onto 3 separate small plates.
02In a bowl, add the eggs and cornstarch. Whisk until mixed well.
03Cut the mozzarella into 1-inch stick-like pieces.
04Separate the mozzarella sticks into 3 groups, one for each of the chip flavors. Dip the mozzarella sticks into the egg mixture and then roll them in the crushed chips. Fully coat the sticks and set them aside. Repeat this step until all the mozzarella sticks are fully coated.
05In a large skillet, heat the oil on high heat. Fry the mozzarella sticks for about a minute and remove them.
