Matcha Latte Protein Shake

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk

2 teaspoons matcha powder

1/2 medium banana

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 to 4 large ice cubes

Preparation

01Place milk and matcha powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
02Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
03Pour into a cup and serve.
