Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon lemon juice

8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

For Dipping: Fresh figs, dates, apricots and apples

Preparation

01In small saucepan over medium heat, whisk cream and cornstarch. Stir in lemon juice until mixture thickens about 5 minutes. Add cheese, one spoonful at a time, stirring until cheese is melted before adding more. Stir in honey.
02Transfer the blue cheese fondue to a ceramic fondue pot, sprinkle with toasted walnuts and keep warm over burner. Serve immediately with fruit.
