About Hawaiian Air Fryer Grilled Cheese
Our Hawaiian Air Fryer Grilled Cheese takes the classic comfort of a grilled cheese sandwich and gives it a tropical twist with the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Combining gooey, melted cheese with sweet pineapple and savory ham, this recipe brings a burst of island flavor to your kitchen. Cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer, this sandwich is both quick to make and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
8 slices white bread
16 slices Muenster cheese
8 slices honey ham
8 slices thick cut bacon, cooked
4 pineapple rings
Preparation
01Mix butter and Sriracha in small bowl until combined.
02Preheat air fryer to 375 F. Coat one side of each bread slice with 2 heaping teaspoons of butter mixture. Evenly divide cheese, ham, bacon and pineapple rings on 4 bread slices, butter-side down. Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
03Working in batches, place 2 sandwiches into air fryer and cook, flipping halfway through, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Cut in half and serve.
