Fruit and Vanilla Yogurt Parfait

Prep Time: 5 minutes


1 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup rolled oats, granola or whole wheat cereal

1/2 cup fresh fruit, sliced (i.e., strawberries, pineapple, mango or blueberries)


01Spoon yogurt in the bottom of a bowl or tall glass.
02Add three tablespoons of cereal and 1/4 cup of fruit. Repeat layers.
03Top with remaining cereal and serve.
