1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 large egg

01Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
03Transfer the cottage cheese and flour into a bowl. Mix until well combined and the dough begins to pull away from the sides.
04Transfer the tough to a work surface that is floured and knead it 8-10 times. Add flour as needed.
05Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into 4 equal balls.
06Roll each ball into 6-7 inch ropes, about 1 inch thick and form them into circles, pinching the ends together.
07Brush the tops with a beaten egg and top with seasonings of choice.
08Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
