Ingredients

4 large eggs, beaten

1 3/4 cup 2% or whole milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Dash of tabasco

1/4 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

20 ounces frozen corn, thawed

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
02In a large bowl, mix together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Slowly whisk in butter. Mix in corn. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
03Bake for one hour and 15 minutes then allow corn casserole to cool at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
