Chili Paneer Naan Pizza

1 bell pepper

1 small onion

16 ounces paneer (fresh cheese)

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

4 small naan bread pieces

1 cup pizza sauce


01Preheat the oven to 350 F.
02Dice the bell pepper and onion into small pieces.
03In a medium bowl, crumble the paneer into small pieces or cut the paneer into cubed pieces.
04Add in the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, bell pepper and onion. Mix well.
05Put the naan on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Add 1/4 cup pizza sauce to each naan piece.
06Top each naan with the paneer mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
