12-inch frozen, pre-baked pizza crust, thawed

1 tablespoon butter

1-ounce crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

2 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated

1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

12 ounces Ricotta cheese

4 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 ounces shredded Fontinella cheese

1/2 cup diced tomato

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 thin slices Prosciutto (or ham), diced

Preparation

01Heat the broiler oven to 450 degrees F.
02Spread crust with butter; toast under broiler. Set aside.
03In a small bowl, combine Gorgonzola, Romano, basil, and oregano; mix well. Spread over crust; top with remaining cheeses.
