Campfire Cocktail

Ingredients

4 cups milk, divided

1/4 cup chocolate sauce

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

8 large marshmallows

1 cup marshmallow vodka

6 ounces coffee liqueur

1/4 cup hot cocoa mix

Preparation

01Pour 2 cups milk into large ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
02Place chocolate sauce in small shallow bowl, and graham cracker crumbs in second shallow bowl. Dip rims of stemless wine glasses into chocolate sauce, then into graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
03Thread 2 marshmallows onto each of 4 cocktail picks. Carefully toast marshmallows over gas stovetop, or with a food grade blow torch until golden brown. Set aside.
04Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 1/2 cup milk, 2 ounces vodka, 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur and 1 tablespoon cocoa mix to cocktail shaker. Shake mixture until fully combined and well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain cocktail into a prepared glass filled halfway with milk ice. Repeat for remaining glasses. Garnish cocktails with toasted marshmallows. Serve and enjoy.
