2 (6-ounce) containers yogurt (chocolate, vanilla or plain)
4 ice cubes
Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Preparation
01In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa powder. Add 1/2 cup milk to the sugar and cocoa mixture. Over low-medium heat whisk to combine, approximately 3 minutes or until the mixture is warm and sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
02Pour the mixture into a blender. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth.
03Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if using.
