Tropical Raspberry Cocktail

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons heavy cream

4 ounces raspberries, thawed

1 ounce vodka

1 1/2 tablespoons grenadine

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup crushed ice


01Heat 3 ounces of raspberries in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Strain the raspberry puree in a sieve and leave puree to cool.
02Put the milk, heavy cream, raspberry puree, grenadine, vodka, lemon juice, sugar and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker or blender.
03Shake or blend the mixture until it is thoroughly combined.
04Strain through a sieve into glasses.
