Ingredients

1 large brie round

8 ounces sliced cheese (mix of cheddar and Swiss)

4 tablespoons grape jam

8 ounces salami (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

8 ounces prosciutto (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

6 ounces blue vegetable or tortilla chips (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

Red grapes (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

Blueberries (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

Blackberries (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

1 bar dark chocolate (quantity to liking based on size of charcuterie board)

Preparation

01Use the medium sized cookie cutter to cut a star shape in the center of the brie. Remove the star from the center. Place the round brie with the cutout in the center of the board and the brie star to a corner of the board.
02Fill the star cut out in the brie with jam.
03Fold the salami and prosciutto and place it on one side of the brie.
04Place the chips on the other side of the Brie.
05Wash and dry the grapes, blueberries, and blackberries. Place the fruit throughout the board in separate sections.
06Break the dark chocolate and place the pieces in the remaining open section of the board.
