1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling out the dough
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Ingredients for Glaze
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons milk
01Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02In a large bowl mix together the yogurt, flour, egg, baking powder, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon until a dough forms.
03Lightly sprinkle the counter with flour and roll out the dough into approximately 12x12-inch square until 1/8-inch thick.
04In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread the filling over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
05Starting from one end, roll the dough into a log. Cut crosswise into eight 2-inch pieces. Place each in the prepared baking dish with the cinnamon swirl facing up. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
06Mix the yogurt, confectioners’ sugar, and milk in a small bowl. Add additional milk, if needed, to thin. Drizzle on top of the cinnamon rolls. Enjoy warm!
