1 1/2 cups donuts, cut

1 1/2 tablespoons instant espresso powder

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 quart vanilla ice cream


01Cut the donuts into small pieces.
02In a small bowl, mix the instant espresso powder with heavy cream to dissolve.
03Fill the bowl of a stand mixer with the quart of vanilla ice cream.
04Pour the espresso mix into the stand mixer.
05Add the donuts into the bowl and mix well.
06Fill ice cream bowls with scoops of ice cream and store the rest back in its container in the freezer.
