3 cups (24-ounces) cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup rosemary sprigs
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch star

01Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, pepper and mustard until combined.
02Cover cheese mixture with plastic wrap. Using your hands, form into a cone shape. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
03Place parsley on large plate. Roll tree in parsley until coated. Press rosemary springs decoratively into tree to resemble branches. Press tomato halves into tree to resemble lights. Push a toothpick into bell pepper star. Top tree with star. Serve with assorted crackers
