Chocolate Rice Pudding with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

3 cups chocolate milk

¼ cup sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup long-grain white rice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅓ cup chia seeds

Cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

01Place chocolate milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
02Add rice to saucepan, stir, and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
03Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
04Serve sprinkled with chia seeds and garnish with cinnamon.
