About Chocolate Milk Brownies

Chocolate Milk Brownies are a deliciously rich and fudgy treat that takes classic brownies to a whole new level. Infused with the creamy goodness of chocolate milk, these brownies are extra moist and packed with a deep, chocolaty flavor that’s sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Perfect for dessert or a midday snack, they offer a delightful twist on the traditional brownie, making them a hit with both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

1 (18.3-oz.) box chocolate brownie mix

⅓ cup melted butter

2 large eggs

¼ cup chocolate milk

2 teaspoons instant espresso powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Sea salt (optional)

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 F.
02Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray, then line the pan with a piece of parchment paper cut long enough to create an overhang on two sides. Crease the parchment and tuck it into the corners of the pan for a tight fit. Set aside.
03Place the chocolate brownie mix, oil, eggs, chocolate milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, combine ingredients until everything is incorporated and no dry ingredients are visible.
04Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth into a single even layer. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top.
05Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
06Sprinkle brownies with sea salt. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
