4 whole graham crackers, broken up

2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp butter, melted

Ingredients for Cheesecake

3 large eggs

1 Tbsp vanilla

1 ½ cups sugar

2 ½ pounds cream cheese

Preparation

01Preheat oven to 350 F.
02Using a mixer, process graham crackers with metal blade for 30 seconds until finely chopped. Add sugar and butter and combine, about 10 seconds. Press crust into a greased 9? springform pan. Set aside.
03In the mixer bowl, beat eggs and sugar with metal blade until smooth. Scrape the sides of work bowl. Add vanilla and mix. Transfer mixture to a holding bowl. In the mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add egg and sugar mixture to the cream cheese and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 30 minutes.
