Ingredients

12 slices of cheddar, sharp cheddar or Colby jack cheese, ultra-thin slices

2 teaspoons sea salt

Preparation

01Preheat the oven to 250 F.
02Cut each slice of cheese into 4 square pieces.
03Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
04Place all the pieces of cheese onto the baking sheets and sprinkle with sea-salt.
05Bake for 40 minutes.
06Remove from the oven and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
