01Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 13” x 9” deep baking dish with cooking spray.
02In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and bacon and cook until onions are translucent, and bacon is crispy. Add macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Stir in beaten egg.
03Stir in 1 cup of the cheese, set the remaining cheese aside. Add crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
04Add macaroni mixture to the baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs over macaroni. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until the cheese has crusted.
