01Whisk heavy cream and sugar together in large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
02Fill 6 large mugs each with 3/4 cup coffee, 3 ounces milk, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 3 ounces whisky (if using). Stir to combine.
03Top with whipped cream and nutmeg. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Substitute Irish whisky for 2 tablespoons Irish cream syrup to create a non-alcoholic Irish coffee!
