About Watermelon Lime Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

One of our favorite summer time recipes these Watermelon Lime Frozen Yogurt Popsicles are a delicious treat with the combination of the sweet watermelon and honey and tartness of the lime juice and the Greek yogurt. The lime juice adds a touch of acidity and brightness, while the honey adds sweetness making it a uniquely delicious recipe.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh watermelon chunks

½ lime, freshly squeezed

2 tablespoons honey

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups Cabot Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt

10 popsicle molds

Preparation

01Combine the watermelon, lime juice, honey and vanilla extract in a blender/food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds.
02Add the Greek yogurt and blend for 1 more minute until smooth.
03Pour mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. If your popsicle mold has slots for sticks, then insert them before freezing. If not, freeze for ½ hour, then insert wooden popsicle sticks once popsicles are more solidified.
04Freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
