S’mores Chiller

8 tablespoons mini marshmallows

4 cups chocolate marshmallow ice cream (can substitute with chocolate ice cream)

2 cups milk

Chocolate syrup

4 whole graham cracker sheets, crushed


01Spray a small baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange marshmallows on baking sheet and broil on low 3-5 minutes until lightly browned and toasted. Monitor closely to prevent burning; set aside.
02Combine ice cream and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, blend with crushed ice.
03Coat rim of glass with chocolate syrup, then gently roll into crushed graham crackers until they stick.
04Pour chiller evenly into 4 glasses and garnish with toasted marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Serve with a spoon to scoop up graham crackers and toasted marshmallows that remain after drinking.
