Ingredients

1 cup canned pumpkin

2 cups low-fat milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

4 teaspoons brown sugar

6 ice cubes

8 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

Preparation

01In a blender, add pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and ice cubes. Puree until smooth.
02Pour into two glasses and top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt atop each glass.
