Masala Paneer Street Tacos

16 ounces paneer (fresh cheese), crumbled

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

6-8 street taco corn tortillas


01Crumble the paneer into small pieces with your hand. If you are making fresh paneer then no need to set it. If you are using refrigerated paneer, bring it to room temperature, cut into small pieces and crumble with your hand.
02In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
03Add in the paneer, turmeric, cumin and onion powder. Mix well and cook for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
04Remove from heat and stuff corn tortillas.
05Garnish as desired.
