Loaded Air Fryer Totchos

Ingredients

1/2 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots

1/2 cup sour cream

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1 jalapeno, sliced thin

1/2 cup salsa con queso

Preparation

01Coat air fryer basket with butter cooking spray and preheat to 400°F. Place tater tots in air fryer basket. Cook, shaking basket halfway through, until golden brown and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
02Meanwhile, combine sour cream, lime juice and cumin together in small bowl.
03Sprinkle cheddar evenly over tater tots. Continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
04Transfer tater tots to serving plate. Top with olives, avocado, tomato, cilantro and jalapeno. Drizzle with sour cream mixture and queso. Serve and enjoy.
