Ice Cream Sandwich Stack

Prep Time: 15 minutes (additional 5 hours to freeze)

Ingredients

8 ice cream sandwiches

1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon hot fudge ice cream topping, divided

1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped

Preparation

01On a platter, create two rows, lengthwise, of four ice cream sandwiches. Evenly spread 1/2 cup of the hot fudge over the ice cream sandwiches.
02Layer the remaining ice cream sandwiches evenly on top.
03Generously spread the whipped topping covering the ice cream sandwiches. Using the back a spoon tap the whipped topping creating peaks. Freeze for 5 hours.
04 Remove from freezer and drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon hot fudge and sprinkle with peanuts. Slice and serve immediately.
