Toasted peanuts (or other favorite nut), chopped, for garnish

01Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Leaving peel on, cut bananas in half lengthwise. Brust cut side with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
02Place bananas cut side down on grill and cook 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear and bananas are warmed through. Remove peels from bananas and transfer to serving plate, grilled side up.
03Combine heavy cream, salted butter, and granulated sugar in small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisking until butter is melted and sugar has dissolved. Bring to simmer and whisk in cocoa powder until combined and smooth. Remove from heat.
04Top bananas with ice cream and drizzle with hot fudge sauce. Top with whipped cream, peanuts and cherries.
