Chunky Monkey Chia Pudding

Ingredients

3/4 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1 banana, mashed

2 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Optional toppings: sliced banana, mini chocolate chips, peanut butter, chopped peanuts

Preparation

01In a large bowl or mason jar, combine the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
02Stir in the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, mashed banana, and peanut butter until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
03Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
04To serve, divide pudding between two bowls and add toppings of your choice.
