Chocolate Peanut Butter Milksicles

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 ½ cups low-fat chocolate milk

1/4 cup reduced fat creamy peanut butter

4 (6-ounce) plastic or paper cups

4 popsicle sticks

Preparation

01In a medium saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and milk. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer, whisking frequently for 2 minutes or until thickened.
02Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted.
03Place cups in an 8-inch baking pan or pie pan. Spoon mixture into plastic cups and place popsicle sticks in centers. Freeze until firm.
