01Stir 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup into chocolate milk and mix thoroughly. Chill mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes.
02While the mixture is chilling, dip two glasses upside down in the remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to coat the edges. Cover chocolate syrup with sprinkles, if using. Drizzle any remaining chocolate syrup on the inside of the glasses.
03Pour chilled chocolate milk chiller in glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
