01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 glass pan or baking dish with butter wrapper or cooking spray.
02In a bowl, combine butter cubes and flour and combine using a pastry cutter or fingers until it incorporates fully together. Press into bottom of baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until lightly golden. Once cooked, set aside to cool.
03In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar and beat with hand mixer or kitchen stand mixer until smooth and well blended, approximately 2 minutes. Spread over cooled crust.
04In a bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Beat with hand mixer or kitchen stand mixer approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until set, approximately 15 minutes.
05Beat heavy cream with confectioner’s sugar and vanilla until soft and fluffy with peaks, approximately 5 minutes. Spread over pudding layer.
