Brown Buttered Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup pecans, chopped

5 tablespoons salted butter

1 quart vanilla ice cream

Preparation

01Chop pecans into small pieces.
02In a saucepan, brown the salted butter until it become dark brown. Once browned, let it cool down for 5 minutes.
03Fill the bowl of a stand mixer with the quart of vanilla ice cream.
04Pour in the butter.
05Add the pecans into the bowl and mix well.
06Fill ice cream bowls with scoops of ice cream and store the rest back in its container in the freezer.
