Blueberry Torte

1 tablespoon sugar

1 cup flour

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon butter, soften

1 pint whipping cream

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, soften

1 (15-ounce) can of blueberry pie filling


01Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a deep 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together the sugar, flour, and butter, until smooth. Spread mixture in the bottom of the baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
03In a large bowl, combine whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, and cream cheese. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Evenly spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
04Spread blueberry pie filling on top. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set before serving.
