Blueberry Cheesecake Gelato

2 cups fresh blueberries

1/2 cup sugar

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese

1 1/2 cups whole milk


01In a food processor, pulse blueberries and sugar until well combined.
02Add the cream cheese to the food processor and mix until well combined with the blueberry mixture.
03Add the milk to the food processor and continue to mix until well blended.
04Pour the ice cream mixture into an ice cream machine and freeze following manufacturer’s instructions. Note: If you want the gelato to be richer, substitute 1/2 cup of heavy cream for 1/2 cup of the milk.
