Air Fryer Pasta Chips with Sour Cream and Onion Dip

Ingredients

1 pound rigatoni, cooked and drained

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

01Toss cooked rigatoni, butter, 1 cup cheese, Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder together in large bowl until coated.
02Coat air fryer basket with butter cooking spray and preheat to 350°F. Working in batches, cook rigatoni until golden brown and crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining pasta.
03Meanwhile, combine sour cream, chives, remaining garlic powder and onion powder in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
04Top pasta chips with remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream mixture and enjoy.
