01Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Slice bread into 1” cubes but leave bottom of loaf intact to hold it together.
02In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of chives until well blended. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Stuff the mixture inside the bread, filling in spaces between each cube.
03Brush entire loaf with melted butter, top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar and place inside air fryer basket. Cook until filling is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
04Remove from air fryer, drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and garnish with blue cheese crumbles and remaining chives.
