Parfaits, Delicious Without Guilt

Delicious without guilt is what we like to hear when it comes to food, which is why parfaits are a favorite of ours. Parfaits pack in a nutritional punch that is great for any time of the day. Not only are they quick and easy to make, but they are also one of the most versatile dishes around because of how customizable they are. Kids and adults can kick off the day with a parfait for breakfast, have it for snack, a quick lunch or even dessert.

When it comes to making parfaits, creativity is welcomed and key. There are 2 elements to keep in mind to ensure that your parfaits have the boost of nutrition that you want and need; dairy and fruit.

Dairy + plants are the new power couple because of the nutrition that it has when brought together, which is why plant-forward parfaits, loaded up with fruits are always a must. A favorite of ours to add to parfaits is granola because of the heart healthy fiber that it delivers. The Greek yogurt that we use as the foundation of our parfaits add a nutritional balance by providing protein that will help you build those muscles.

These 3 parfait recipes are as delicious as they are filled with nutrition, so be prepared to chew on this!
